Quality and discovery will always be central to the Blue Apron experience. We know a growing number of customers are interested in plant-based proteins, whether as an alternative to meat, a desire to explore a new ingredient or an opportunity to make more sustainable food choices.
We’ll consistently feature Beyond Meat products on our Signature menus and look forward to collecting feedback from our customers. We’ll still offer our three usual vegetarian recipes on our Signature for 2 plan, with the addition of one Blue Apron x Beyond Meat recipe on featured weeks, and at least four selections that feature traditional proteins, such as pork, chicken, seafood, or shellfish.
