To view your order total:
- If using a computer, log into your account and head to your Upcoming page.
- Select the order date from the top of the page and click 'Manage' on the right hand side.
- From there, choose 'View Payment Details' from the pop-up. The details should appear with a breakdown of the total cost for your order.
- If using the mobile app, tap the 'Upcoming' tab from the bottom navigation bar.
- Select the order date at the top of your screen and tap 'Manage'.
- From there, select 'View Order Details' and a pop-up should appear with a breakdown of the total cost for your order.
Please note that credits will not be applied until the order is charged, and will not appear in the ‘Payment Details’ of your scheduled order. Available credits will be used toward upcoming orders prior to your credit card being charged.
