If you would like to skip a delivery in the app (iOS v2.0), follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account on the app.
2. Tap 'Upcoming' on the bottom of the screen.
3. Scroll to the week you like to skip and tap the circle with a green ‘checkmark.'
4. Select ‘Skip This Delivery.’
5. To confirm that your skip was saved, look for a circle with a red ‘X’ on that specific week’s delivery day, instead of a circle with a green ‘checkmark.’
6. If you change your mind, you can tap the circle with a red 'X' to unskip your delivery, as long as you do so by the ‘Changeable By’ date. A circle with a green 'checkmark' will then appear to the date.
A friendly reminder to skip your delivery by the ‘Changeable by’ date, 6 days before your next shipment, by 12pm EST.
