If you’d like to skip an upcoming order on the mobile app, please follow the steps below:
- Tap the calendar icon on the bottom navigation bar.
- Locate the delivery that you’d like to skip and tap on the order date on the top of the screen.
Next the delivery date you’d like to skip, tap the green toggle switch, and select ‘Skip this Delivery.'
- You can also reschedule the order to another available day that week by selecting ‘Reschedule this Delivery.’
- Once your order has been successfully skipped, a red toggle switch will appear and ‘Skipped’ will be listed next to the date.
As a friendly reminder, please be sure to make all changes to your account by the ‘Changeable before’ date located in the ‘Upcoming’ section.
The best way to stay up-to-date with upcoming orders is to enable push notifications, so you'll receive reminders about your next scheduled delivery each week before your next order is finalized. This way, you can make changes to your menu or skip that delivery before your weekly cutoff passes.
To enable push notifications, visit the Notifications section of your Profile in the mobile app to ensure that ‘Order Status Reminders’ are turned on, like in the screenshots below:
