If there’s an issue with one of your ingredients, please follow these steps:
1. Contact our Customer Experience team by filling out this form.
2. Enter your email address, subject line and description (please note the issue you had with your ingredient).
3. For the ‘What is your question about?’ drop-down menu, select ‘Meals - Ingredients in my order.’
4. From the ‘What can we help you with today?’ drop down menu, select the option that applies.
5. For the ‘Is the email above associated with your Blue Apron account?’ drop-down menu, choose ‘Yes’ or 'No.'
6. If you have pictures of the ingredient to share, please attach them to the contact form.
7. Click the blue ‘Next’ button, and one of our Customer Experience associates will be in touch shortly.
