All credits and coupons are automatically applied to the balance of your next scheduled delivery. You can also check your Delivery History to see past balances and charges.
To view your account balance, follow these simple steps:
1. Head to your Upcoming page and locate your next scheduled order.
2. To the right of the scheduled delivery date, you’ll see your order ‘Total.’
3. Click ‘Total’ to view the credit amount applied.
To view your previous balances and charges, follow these simple steps:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover your mouse over ‘Welcome,’ located on the upper right-hand corner of your account, and click Delivery History.
3. Your past ‘Order Total’ is listed next to the date of all of your past orders. If you would like to see older orders, scroll to the bottom of the page and more will load automatically.
