To skip a wine delivery, follow the steps below:
1. Log into your account.
2. Head to your Upcoming page.
3. Choose the month you’d like to skip.
4. Select the option to ‘Skip This Delivery’ in the upper-right-hand corner.
5. The pop-up window will prompt you to change your estimated delivery date to a different date. You can select a new delivery date, or click the ‘No, I’d Rather Skip’ button to skip the shipment.
6. You can confirm that your skip was saved when you see a red circle with an X will appear next to the date., instead of a green circle with a checkmark.
Please note that we only provide you with an estimated delivery date. You'll be emailed a tracking number once your box ships, so you can stay up-to-date on your shipment's progress.
