Did you know you can always skip or reschedule a wine order in advance? To skip, log in to your account, head to your Upcoming page and click the ‘Manage Delivery’ button on the right-hand side of the page. If you're using our mobile app, tap the calendar icon to visit your Upcoming page and select the blue edit button to skip or reschedule a delivery.
If you decide to cancel your account, contact our Customer Experience team at email@example.com, and we’ll email you instructions on how to complete the cancellation process.
Please note that any order shown as ‘Ordered Processed’ or ‘Shipped’ on your Upcoming page has already been processed and can’t be cancelled. A friendly reminder that you’ll be responsible for all charges incurred (including applicable taxes and other charges) for any orders that have already been processed.
