If one or more of your bottles is broken or damaged upon arrival, please follow these simple steps:
- Contact our Customer Experience team by filling out the form here.
- Enter your email address, subject line and description.
- For the ‘What is your question about?’ drop-down menu, select ‘The Blue Apron Wine program.’
- For the ‘Is the email above associated with your Blue Apron account?’ drop-down menu, choose ‘Yes.’
- Click the ‘Submit’ button, and one of our Customer Experience associates will be in contact with you.
