If one or more of your bottles is broken or damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Experience team by filling out this form.
- For the ‘What is your question about?’ drop-down menu, select ‘Wine - The Blue Apron Wine program.’
- Provide details on how we can help. We'll suggest a few other Help Center articles that might be helpful. Go ahead and select 'Submit my question' at the bottom.
- Provide the email address on your Blue Apron account and any other helpful details about your order, then click 'Submit Now'.
