If it’s more convenient for you, we’re also able to ship your wine to a business address.
FedEx will attempt to make 3 deliveries at your address during the following windows:
- Business addresses – (Mon-Fri) 9AM-6PM
- Residential addresses – (Tues-Sat) 8AM-8PM
Following the 3rd attempt, FedEx will hold the package at a nearby fulfillment center for 2 business days before cancelling the order and returning the package. If this happens, you have the following two options to coordinate with FedEx:
- Check the Find FedEx Location Tool or contact FedEx Support to pick-up the package directly from the FedEx fulfillment location.
- Sign-up for FedEx Delivery Manager and schedule a convenient re-delivery time and location.
Please note that an adult (21 years of age or older) must be present with a valid form of ID to sign for the Blue Apron Wine delivery. If you aren’t available to sign for your wine delivery, please make sure that another adult is present.
